What is your minimum order?
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for cut-to-length tubes is dependent on the tube diameter and/or length. Stock tubes and closures have a one box minimum. Pieces per box vary by size.
What is the lead time?
- Stock items are typically despatched within two to three days.
- Open ended tubes within three weeks.
- Sealed bottom tubes within four weeks.
- Hanging tubes within five weeks.

What are your payment terms?
- Most accounts are set up with NET 30 DAY terms based on credit approval. We also accept most credit and debit cards.
What materials are used to produce your tubes and closures?
- Our tubes are made from PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol). Our inner-fit plugs are made from PP (Polypropylene) and our exterior fit caps are made from PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride).
Is there a minimum/maximum length for your tubes and containers?
- The minimum length of the tube must be equal to or greater than the nominal size of the tube. The maximum length is 3 metres.
